Alegeus seeks a Sustaining Engineer to join our dedicated, passionate team of professionals. The Sustaining Engineer will report to Sustaining Team Lead and be responsible for helping our company succeed by :

 

Production Management’s mission is to: ensure the “System” is in good health and properly maintained, research and resolve tickets in a timely fashion and suggest or implement system process improvements.

1)     Resolve Tickets in a timely fashion. 

2)     Resolve most night call issues unassisted.

3)     Write concise, and effective code that meets internal standards and best practices

4)     Suggest process improvement.

5)     Work well with PM team members

6)     Work well with external teams.

7)     Must have the ability to explain technical problems to a non-technical person. 

8)     Engage the necessary teams which are required to resolve incidents in production. 

9)     Incident management and primary escalation point.
